RE: COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Customers and Suppliers,

In response to requests from our business partners, the following is Ravago Manufacturing Americas contingency plan in regards to COVID-19.

Like everyone, we are faced with trying to minimize the spread of a highly contagious strain of a flu-like virus that the CDC has deemed dangerous to older adults and people with underlying health conditions, such as heart disease, diabetes, and lung disease. Our Ravago employee’s and our business partner’s personal health and well-being is our number one priority.

Currently we have no reason to believe our work environments are unsafe, however, we will be taking extra precautions outlined below to protect our high risk employees, and to do our part to slow down the spread of the virus as to not overwhelm our local hospitals and medical facilities.

 

  • Making accommodations for any employee who identifies themselves as high risk per the CDC guidelines.
  • Stopped all commercial visitors to our RMA locations until further notice.
  • Suspended all travel for our commercial and operations teams until further notice.
  • Our administrative office workforce will rotate between home and office schedules.
  • Instituted production contingency plans in the event of one of our employees becomes infected.
  • Our commercial and operations management teams will continue on daily conference calls to monitor the situation.
  • We will be following all state and local guidelines in response to delaying the outbreak.

Our management team is doing our best to stay flexible during this dynamic challenge, and we will continue to provide updates as the situation unfolds. As of today our supply chain has not been affected but we will update you if the situation changes. Your business is extremely important to us, so please contact your Ravago representative with any specific questions or concerns.
